Delivery & Returns

All items purchased from us online can be delivered or collected instore. All orders are posted free of charge, orders under £100 will be posted on a signed for 2-3 day service with an optional insured, next day service at a cost of £7.95.
Orders over £100 are posted on an insured, next day service free of charge. We will endeavour to do our best to send items the same day we receive the order - we will guarantee to do this where orders are placed before 1pm where they do not require alterations. If your order requires alteration and next day delivery please contact us. 

We are striving of offer you the same level of choice and service online as we offer instore. To that end, we offer a 30 day no quibble return policy, please just return any un required items back to us either instore or by returning them in the post. Please note, personalized items, i.e. engraving cannot be returned. We take a sensible approach to returns and appreciate the nature of jewellery needs to be tried on, therefore we allow you to try on items including earrings, and we still allow returns on rings that have been resized.

The return postage cost needs to be borne by yourself, we recommend using Royal Mail Signed For, or Royal Mail Special Delivery for items over £100.00.

We know it isn't always easy to get the perfect gift, and not only do we offer a returns service if the piece isn't quite right - we offer a free of charge ring sizing service if required, simply return the item for sizing as above and we will return the item back to you sized at no extra cost. Please ring us to discuss this beforehand as we can advise better on sizing. It is always best to have a ring finger measured by a jeweller before a sizing is undertaken.
